Your mind excites

With your absurd ideas,

A never-ending blight

That blinds you.

You look but lose sight.

You look and focus

On the appearance

Rather than

Our existence.

Can you blame us

For being resistant?

Do you see me?

My skin might be blue,

But my heart is red.

I don’t think you do.

Why can’t you recognize

That I am human too?

I am you,

And you are me.

If you can’t accept

What is and will be,

How will you

Ever be free?

The world is ending:

I know this for sure.

Since when do we need to

Apologize for who we are?
